SPORTS - RUNNING TECHNIQUE

 Spending time on running technique is so important for increasing your performance because you can reduce the effort with some simple exercises before starting running.Some people think it seems ridiculous to do this exercises which can be strenuous and tiring.
I usually do them before and after training,as a result I improve times in races and I get security in every step.
Here are some of the exercises:
